Quality Assurance Program

At SBM our Quality Assurance Program is Paramount to our Success.  We believe that “Documentation beats Conversation” and that one must take Total Responsibility in his or her actions.  This is vital in the day to day operation of any business and especially the service industry.  At SBM we have devised a unique, computerized maintenance system for the following reason: the internal control of tasks for which our company is held responsible and for keeping our valued clients informed of all cleaning tasks and our maintenance program.

Quality Control Program

Our SBM Project Managers will meet with all property managers performing a walk-through of said property once per month unless otherwise scheduled quarterly.  A member of our executive staff will also make an unannounced walk through, and an occasional white glove test making sure that all levels of management are held to the highest standards of excellence.  Our Quality Assurance Managers will make a recorded/formal inspection once per month and a computerized copy shall be sent to each property manager.
The SBM Inspection Form is our insurance to you that each task is met in a timely and expert fashion. Each area supervisor will receive a copy of that written report.
